Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency across all departments. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Coordinate with various departments to handle day-to-day operations and resolve issues as they arise.
• Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity.
• Manage office budget and expenses, including vendor contracts and relationships.
• Oversee facilities management, including office space planning and maintenance.
• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software.
• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
• Fluent written and verbal English language skills are required.
