Path works as a third party to prepare agreements between payers and health technology suppliers (pharma and medical suppliers) that facilitate patient access to innovative treatments. Path provides broad-spectrum services that cover commercial, risks, pay-for-performance agreements, and prediction models for economic and health outcomes resulting from such arrangements. In such activities, Path collaborates with legal firms in drafting arrangements between parties.

Jointly with the University of Arizona and Matrix45 LLC, we developed our proprietary six-delta platform for outcome-based pricing for pharmaceuticals.
